These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the seoryon.com website and the SEOryon application at app.seoryon.com (together, the “Service”), operated by SEOryon (“SEOryon”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company, and “you” refers to it.
1. The Service
SEOryon is an automated SEO and organic-growth platform: it recommends content based on real search signals, writes articles in your brand voice, publishes them to the CMS you connect, and measures how they perform. Features may evolve over time; we may add, change, or remove functionality as we improve the Service.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly via seoryon.com/contact if you suspect unauthorized use.
3. Free trial, subscriptions, and billing
- Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly, as chosen at checkout) until cancelled.
- Free trials convert to nothing — they simply end — unless you choose a paid plan.
- You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and already-paid fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.
- We may change prices with reasonable advance notice; changes apply from your next billing period.
4. Your content and data
You retain all rights to the content and data you provide (your site, brand materials, and connected accounts) and to the articles the Service generates for your site. You grant us the limited license needed to process that content in order to operate the Service — for example, to analyze your site, generate articles, and publish them to the CMS you authorize. You are responsible for the content published to your properties and can review, edit, or remove it at any time.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content or purposes;
- attempt to breach, probe, or circumvent security or usage limits;
- reverse engineer, scrape, or copy the Service other than as permitted by law;
- resell or provide the Service to third parties without our written consent;
- use the Service to send spam or to publish content to sites you do not control or have rights to.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
6. Third-party services and Google data
The Service connects to third-party platforms you authorize — such as your CMS, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms. SEOryon’s access to Google user data is read-only and is described in our Privacy Policy, including our compliance with the Google API Services User Data Policy (Limited Use). We are not responsible for third-party services or for changes they make to their APIs or policies.
7. Intellectual property
The Service itself — software, design, and branding — is and remains the property of SEOryon and its licensors. If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them to improve the Service without obligation to you.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. Search engines and AI platforms change constantly and rankings depend on many factors outside our control, so we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or revenue outcomes. Content is generated with AI assistance; you are responsible for reviewing content for accuracy and suitability for your business, including any legal or regulatory requirements that apply to your industry. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SEOryon will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
10. Indemnification
You will indemnify and hold SEOryon harmless from claims arising out of your content, your use of the Service in violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, with notice where practicable. Upon termination, sections that by their nature should survive (including sections 4 and 7–12) survive. Data deletion after account closure is described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SEOryon is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be brought in the competent courts of that jurisdiction — except where the law of your country of residence grants you mandatory consumer protections and venue.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. We will post the new version on this page and update the “Last updated” date; for material changes we will notify account holders by email or in the product. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
